I am deeply committed to health and fitness through my own voyage recovering from a tragic injury that left me semi-paralyzed about 15 years ago. Through the motivation of my therapists and trainers, I am in the best shape of my life and for the past 12 years, I have been sharing this intense appreciation for health and fitness with my clients. I believe in providing each client with a plethora of knowledge as well as providing a balanced approach to overall wellness.

Mr. Pendleton has been in the fitness and health industry for over 15 years. He has worked as a regional director for Spalding and Met-Rx, both internationally recognized supplement and health industry based companies.

The "Personal Trainer Network" has recognized Daryl Pendleton as one of the Top Personal Trainers in the country. In March 2008 & 2009 The "Northern Virginia Magazine" recognized Daryl Pendleton as The "BEST of THE BEST" in the Personal Training Category. Daryl has worked in many diverse fitness center environments, from private gyms in his clients residences to corporate fitness facitlities.

Daryl Pendleton has a degree in Business Management and received a Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition. He holds Certifications as a Fitness Professional, Personal Trainer and in Nutrition.

Mr. Pendleton is also a motivational speaker who has been invited to speak at seminars and conferences about health and fitness across the United States. He has written articles about health and fitness for various publications. As a member of IDEA, he continues to educate himself with the latest studies conducted in the fitness and health industry.
