KP SPRINGBREAK “2009″ SCHEDULE/UPDATES

Dear KampPendleton Trainees & Friends:

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT KAMPPENDLETON PERSONAL TRAINING WILL BE CLOSED FOR TRAINING FROM SATURDAY MARCH 27^TH  UNTIL SUNDAY APRIL 4TH, 2010 FOR  SPRING BREAK . WE WILL OPEN ON MONDAY APRIL 5^TH AS SCHEDULED. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULES ACCORDINGLY. AS A REMINDER KP TRAINEES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE RESISTANT TRAINING EQUITMENT WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF A KP TRAINER FOR INSURANCE AND TRAINING REASONS. PLEASE HONOR THIS POLICY AS IT CAN EFFECT MY INSURANCE. CARDIO EQUITMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR CONDITIONING USING YOUR FOB FOR ENTRANCE INTO THE GYM MONDAY THRU SATURDAY. IF YOU NEED A COPY OF THE CALISTHENIC WORKOUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THIS WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT WORKOUT WITHOUT USING ANY RESISTANT TRAINING EQUITMENT.

 We are now entering the final phase of the FALL SEASON PROGRAM. If you have been training since September of last year you should be able to see and feel the difference. We will start the final phase with a little heavier weight and higher reps. This will tighten and tone your body and prepare you for a summer of high energy activities that you will be able to enjoy with your family and friends. You have ALL come a long way and should be proud of your efforts. It doesn’t mean that you have reached the finish line (because there isn’t one) but you have laid down the foundation for a HEATHY LIFESTYLE!! I am very proud of each and every one  of you as you have shown what hard work and consist efforts can accomplish. Remember “ You get what you put OUT based on what you put IN”. Please join me in a “BIG KP CONGRATULATIONS” to REAGAN UPSHAW, (KP Youth Trainee) and the Reston Raiders for winning the 2010 U12 AA Capital Beltway Hockey League. They will now head to the National Championship where they will face teams from across the country. GOOD LUCK to Reagan and the entire team. The games will be played in Reston at the SKATEQUEST ARENA APRIL 7^th THRU 12^th.  

Just a friendly reminder that  Expense Balances are now due. Please stop by the office to update your account.
