WELCOME TO KAMP PENDLETON

Kamp Pendleton Personal Training (KP) originated in San Diego, California in 1996 by Daryl Pendleton. The name Kamp Pendleton Personal Training was born after Daryl Pendleton trained clients at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in San Diego. In March 2008, Daryl Pendleton was named Northern Virginia Magazines “BEST OF THE BEST” in the Personal Trainer category.

How long can you go on with a diet just consisting of protein, water, and 100% juices (fruit & vegetable)?

To all you that are sitting around and trying to make a decision on joining “The Kamp”, do it. As a former college football player many years ago, I thought that I could jump in and train the way I always trained and get back to my younger form. I quickly found out that age has changed me and I would need help in getting there. Under D’s personal training, I went from 238 to 218 within a very short amount of time. What was more impressive is that I concentrated on getting my core together first.
Get into the gym and let these guys get you right. Best investment you can make.

Troy, this can be made a part of your training lifestyle which I recommend. The key is to not make this the only part. Use this program as a 2 or 3 day program and for the rest of the week eat a balance healthy diet. This is another way of getting in your fruits and veggies which most people don’t eat enough of.
