HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!…..THE BEST IS YET TO COME

Dear KampPendleton Trainees & Friends:

 

While sitting here gathering my thoughts, I smiled knowing that another year has come and going and I’m still here. What a blessing I felt, especially knowing that so many other’s are not. At a time when we are experiencing some of the toughest times that I can remember we still have so much to be thankful for. Yet we sometimes get caught up in all the bad news we see and hear on a daily basis.  Some of it out of our control  but most of it believe it or not in our control. Yes we are the Kings and Queens of our own domain. We must accept responsibility for where, what, and who we are. Of course there are outside influences but that’s life. But life is also what you choose to make of it. Don’t let anything or anyone tell you other wise. This is YOUR time, seize the moment and MAKE IT COUNT! Don’t let another year go by and once again you find yourself saying “ This will be the Year” A year is just that, A YEAR, 12 Months, 365 Days, there ALL the same, but you don’t have to be!! Stop making excuses and make some commitments, TO YOURSELF!!  How can you change a life? By changing yours, so give yourself VALUE not excuses.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! To you and your family…Have a safe and BLESSED time.  Looking forwards to seeing EVERYONE next year, keep up the GREAT work, the BEST is yet to come!!

 

JUST ANOTHER REMINDER, KAMPPENDLETON PERSONAL TRAINING WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY JANUARY 1^ST 2009 UNTIL SUNDAY JANUARY 4^TH 2009 AND WILL OPEN AS SCHEDULED ON MONDAY JANUARY 5^TH, 2009. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULES ACCORDINGLY.

 

The “2008 TRAINEES OF THE YEAR” HAVE BEEN SELECTED, KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT. I AM SO PROUD OF THE WINNERS AND I’M SURE YOU WILL BE TOO!!  THEIR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION TO THEMSELVES HAS PAID OFF. THERE ARE NO SURPRISE. THE WINNERS HAVE EARNED THIS AWARD IN EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR LIFESTYLE. IT IS ALWAYS SUCH AN HONOR TO MAKE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

 

The KP- ParkRidge 5  location has been a “BIG” success.  Thank you to the KP Family for your continued support. There are no “I” in TEAM, We are FAMILY!!!

 

REFER A NEW TRAINEE AND RECEIVE (3) ADDITIONAL TRAINING SESSIONS..WHY NOT TRAIN FOR FREE !!

 YOGA,PILATES AND ZUMBA CLASSES START ON MONDAY JANUARY 5^TH, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESES CLASSES, THEY WILL HELP COMPLETE YOUR TRAINING!! FOR SCHEDULE INFORMATION  PLEASE CONTACT ME OR PICK UP A CALENDAR ON THE “FYI” BOARD AT THE GYM!!
